DR Bank Donates $5,000 to Support Shakespeare on the Sound

We are thrilled to announce our $5,000 donation in support of Shakespeare on the Sound! Pictured here (left to right) are Paul Ceglia (DR Bank Assistant Branch Manager), Aaron Simms (Managing and Producing Director of Shakespeare on the Sound), and Tony Cascia (DR Bank Teller).

Shakespeare on the Sound is dedicated to bringing professional, accessible open-air Shakespeare productions and works by related authors to Fairfield County. By partnering with local civic, business, and educational institutions, they offer an annual theater festival that delivers these classic plays to a wide audience. This event not only showcases dramatic masterpieces but also fosters learning, appreciation, and celebration within the community.

Shakespeare on the Sound’s educational initiatives aims to enhance the community through the arts, extending the impact of Shakespeare's works beyond our summer festival through a range of programs in schools, libraries, adult education, and the arts, engaging people from various ages and socioeconomic backgrounds.
