Risk Management Assistant (part-time)

The Risk Management Assistant assists in the coordination, documentation, and reporting of Risk Management processes including the Bank’s third-party portfolio and enterprise risk and controls.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to data entry of third-party and enterprise records into the Bank’s electronic system of records for third-party and enterprise risk processes, communication and scheduling of third-party meetings, development of various reports to a variety of target audiences, and working with interdepartmental business lines of retrieval of necessary internal documentation.
The Risk Management Assistant shall report to the Vice President, Director of Enterprise and Third-Party Risk Management
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains documentation including contracts, policies, procedures, reports, and any other applicable third-party document.
- Builds workflows and process efficiencies to assist in third-party processes, such as annual performance assessments and provides reports for use by business areas and senior management regarding third-party risks as well as actionable and informational metrics for applicable third-parties
- Sources and retains necessary third-party documentation
- Administers the Bank’s electronic system of record, Logic Manager, to include upload of third-party documentation, issue management documentation, application information, and build workflows for process efficiencies within Logic Manager
- Administers the Bank’s third-party Fintech system of record, Monday.com, to include monitoring and management of Enterprise Risk and Third-Party Risk Management boards, including reporting on completed and in-progress tasks
- Administers the Bank’s risk assessment system of record, WolfPAC, to include upload, monitoring and management of information stored within the system
- Responsible for insurance tracking, maintenance, and updates for all third-parties
- Ensures consistency between software systems and completes semi-annual cross checks of enterprise risk management software third-party list against BSA/AML third-party list
- Prepares materials and supporting documents needed for third-party risk & compliance meetings, Governance, Risk, and Compliance, Audit Committee, and Board of Directors
- Tracking, updating, and reporting of Enterprise Risk Management business processes such as issue management updates to applicable business lines and monitors past due, at risk, and coming due milestones
- Able to communicate deadlines, action plan status, promote interactivity between business lines, forecast concerns and supply remediation and mitigation activities
- Understands and upholds policies, processes, and procedures relevant to Risk Management and all other applicable Bank policies
- Completes all other duties as assigned by VP, Director of Enterprise and Third Party Risk Management

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
☒ High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Required Years of Work Experience: 1+ years of third party governance, procurement, compliance, legal, audit, or risk within FinTech, Banking or Asset Management preferred
